Limited Domain Rating Guarantee

At Domain Rating, we offer a limited domain rating improvement guarantee for qualifying websites. This guarantee applies only to websites with a starting domain rating of under 10 that meet our strict eligibility criteria.

⚠️ Important Notice

Our guarantee is limited to websites with domain rating under 10. Websites with domain rating 10 or above are not eligible for any refund guarantee.

For qualifying websites (DR under 10), if your domain rating doesn't increase by at least 10 points within 60 days of completing all submissions, you may be eligible for a refund subject to our strict criteria.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

You may be eligible for a refund only if ALL of the following strict requirements are met:

1. Domain Rating Criteria

  • Starting domain rating must be under 10 (verified before service begins)
  • Domain rating has not increased by at least 10 points within 60 days of service completion
  • You can provide before and after domain rating measurements from Ahrefs specifically
  • Measurements must be taken at the exact same time intervals and conditions

2. Website Requirements

  • Your website must be a legitimate AI tool, SaaS, or AI-related service
  • Website must be fully functional, professional, and complete throughout the entire measurement period
  • Website must have clear AI/technology focus that aligns with directory submission requirements
  • Website must be likely to be accepted by reputable directories (we reserve the right to assess this)
  • No significant changes made to website structure, content, or domain during measurement period

3. Service Delivery

  • We fail to complete the directory submissions within 3 weeks of payment
  • We are unable to provide the promised submission report

4. Good Faith Requirement

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine the claim was made in bad faith. Directory submission services are extremely costly to provide, and we must protect against fraudulent or unreasonable refund requests.

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email us at refunds@domainrating.ai with your refund request
  2. Provide Complete Documentation: Include all required documentation (see below)
  3. Review Process: We'll review your request within 5 business days and may request additional information
  4. Final Decision: Our decision is final and based on our assessment of good faith and eligibility
  5. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

Required Documentation

For domain rating guarantee claims, you must provide:

  • Screenshots of domain rating from Ahrefs before service (within 7 days of purchase) showing DR under 10
  • Screenshots of domain rating from Ahrefs 60 days after service completion
  • Detailed explanation of your AI tool/service and how it qualifies for directory submissions
  • Confirmation that your website remained functional and unchanged throughout the period
  • Any additional evidence we may request to verify your claim

Refund Limitations & Exclusions

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

  • Websites with domain rating 10 or above at the start of service
  • Your website becomes inaccessible, non-functional, or significantly changed during the measurement period
  • Your website is not genuinely an AI tool, SaaS, or AI-related service
  • Your website is unlikely to be accepted by reputable directories due to quality, content, or compliance issues
  • Directory rejections due to your application not meeting directory requirements
  • Changes in search engine algorithms that affect domain rating calculations
  • Requests made more than 90 days after service completion
  • Dissatisfaction with the number of directory acceptances (acceptance rates vary by directory)
  • Claims we determine to be made in bad faith or for fraudulent purposes
  • Failure to provide complete and accurate documentation

Our Right to Refuse

We reserve the absolute right to refuse any refund request if we determine it was made in bad faith, if the website doesn't meet our AI tool criteria, or if we believe the request is unreasonable given the significant costs involved in providing our service.
